We are looking for a Functional Analyst for our Software Solutions department: someone with a consulting mindset who enjoys both organizing teams and diving deep into functional analysis. **What will be your mission?** * End-to-end project leadership: From kick-off and planning to risk management and quality assurance—maintaining a holistic view of the project. * Functional Analysis: Translating business needs into outstanding technical specifications. * Client Communication: Continuous communication with clients—they are our family. * Team Management: Ensuring talent flows smoothly, monitoring productivity, and identifying project needs. * Business Vision: Analyzing profitability, proactively proposing improvements to clients, and managing invoicing/payment delays. * Tenders: Actively participating in drafting technical reports for public tenders. **What profile are we looking for?** * University degree in scientific fields (engineering, chemistry, physics, etc.) or in technology-related disciplines. * At least 2 years of experience managing technology projects and performing functional analysis in custom development. * Ability to adapt to new technologies and changing environments. * Strong communication skills and client orientation. **Our offer to you** * Permanent contract.
