We’re eagerly awaiting your application! **What will your responsibilities be?** * Welcome, assist, and advise customers by delivering exceptional service aligned with the core principles of Eurekakids’ advisory model. * Identify customers’ needs and preferences to recommend products that add the greatest value to playtime—with children as the central focus—through an empathetic and educational shopping experience. * Proactively sell products, process payments, handle returns and exchanges, reconcile cash registers, make bank deposits, etc. * Stay updated on KPIs and understand the store’s goals, which must be achieved collaboratively with your team. * Foster customer loyalty and increase membership in our club. * Collaborate with your team on receiving goods, stock control, restocking, labeling, inventory management, etc. * Maintain the store’s visual image and product presentation according to visual merchandising guidelines. Keep the store and warehouse clean and organized. * Actively contribute to designing and delivering in-store workshops and activities to communicate the educational value of our toys. * Gain thorough knowledge of our product range and technical specifications to enhance sales value. * Maintain personal appearance and hygiene in line with Eurekakids’ policies and values. * Flexibility to work additional hours. **Permanent contract, immediate start.
