We seek to hire a Financial Manager within the business unit to lead financial control, reporting, and planning in a multinational environment with presence across several subsidiaries. This is a key role to ensure reporting reliability and provide strategic insight into business growth. What will you do? Lead the management accounting and financial control area. Supervise and coordinate monthly and annual closings, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Prepare management reporting with performance analysis and executive commentary. Ensure consistency and coherence of reporting across all international subsidiaries. Prepare reports for senior management and executive committees. Lead forecasting and financial planning processes. Coordinate the annual budget and variance analysis. Drive improvements in financial processes, automation, and system integration. Optimize financial flows to improve efficiency and reduce risk. Design, implement, and enhance internal controls. Identify financial risks and improvement opportunities. Apply best practices in governance and reporting. What are we looking for in you? **✅ Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration & Management, Economics, or related field. **✅ Minimum Experience:** +8 years of experience as Financial Controller, Financial Manager, or CFO in multi-entity environments, preferably multinational. **✅ Technical Knowledge:** Financial and analytical accounting. Financial reporting and consolidation. Budget preparation and control. Forecasting and financial modeling. Cost and profitability analysis. Advanced Excel.
