We are seeking a person to manage and lead the team at a pig farm in Belchite. The main responsibility is to ensure the efficient operation of the facility, supervising daily tasks and compliance with protocols. Key responsibilities include organizing and assigning work, monitoring feeding and handling of sows and piglets, reviewing production data, and maintaining cleanliness and hygiene—especially in the farrowing unit. Basic maintenance supervision and coordination with management to achieve objectives are also required. Practical experience in production is required, preferably in the pig farming sector, along with the ability to lead teams, make decisions, and solve problems. Organizational skills, communication, and results orientation are highly valued. The contract is permanent, with an annual gross salary of 24\.000 euros plus an allowance for availability on Sundays and public holidays. The primary working hours are Monday to Friday, from 7:00 to 15:00, with possible Saturday shifts from 7:00 to 13:00\. Demonstrable experience in team management and production environments—preferably in pig farms—is required. Leadership ability, decision-making, and problem-solving skills are essential. Results orientation, communication and organizational skills, as well as availability including weekends according to shift schedules, are valued. Holding a valid Class B driving license and having a personal vehicle are considered advantageous.
