The person will be responsible for collaborating in the preparation of various dishes, ensuring consistent quality and flavor in every service. Responsibilities will include organizing and planning menu preparation, ensuring all ingredients are ready and prepared in advance to streamline workflow. Efficient product management—from receipt and storage to inventory control—will be key to optimizing resources and reducing food waste. It is essential to maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety in the kitchen, complying with all health regulations. The ability to work as part of a team and communicate fluently with other kitchen staff will be highly valued to ensure optimal operations. We seek someone with prior experience in similar positions and basic knowledge of culinary techniques, capable of following instructions, preparing ingredients quickly and accurately, and adapting to varying work paces. At least 1 year of prior experience as a kitchen assistant. Basic knowledge of cooking and food preparation. Ability to follow instructions and work under supervision. Skill in maintaining cleanliness and order in the work area. Proactive attitude and willingness to learn. Residence in the Cambre area or surrounding region. Academic background: No formal education or primary education only.
