Key Responsibilities: 1. Coordination and monitoring of residential construction projects and developments 2. Project management with control over scheduling, costs, and deadlines 3. Client and supplier relations throughout the construction process We seek to hire a **Project Manager** to coordinate and supervise our construction projects and developments, primarily in the Cerdanya and Empordà regions. We are looking for a candidate with a technical profile, strong organizational abilities, and engagement in high-end residential projects. **RESPONSIBILITIES** Coordination and monitoring of construction works Control over scheduling, costs, and deadlines Coordination with architects, industrial engineers, and technical directors Supervision of construction execution and quality Document management and technical follow-up of developments Client and supplier relations throughout the construction process **REQUIREMENTS** Architect, Technical Architect, or Engineer Experience in construction project management and monitoring Organizational and problem-solving skills Dynamic, committed, and autonomous individual Valid driver's license **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS** Residence in the Berguedà region Knowledge of the high-end residential sector Experience in real estate development **WHAT WE OFFER** Integration into a growing project Unique projects in Cerdanya and Empordà Positive work environment Company vehicle Competitive compensation based on profile and experience Benefits: * Company car Work Location: On-site employment
