A company specializing in safety, emergency, and rescue training is seeking an Emergency Training Instructor to join its team and collaborate in delivering hands-on training sessions for students pursuing qualifications as Emergency Technicians and Emergency Coordination and Civil Protection professionals. Main responsibilities: * Supervise and support students during practical training sessions * Prepare and organize scenarios and resources required for simulations * Collaborate in the execution of practical exercises and drills according to the teaching plan * Ensure safety across all practical activities * Monitor proper use of equipment, materials, and consumables * Support the teaching team in correctly implementing training programs Requirements: * Vocational training (preferably related to emergencies, civil protection, or safety) * Interest in technical and professional training * Responsibility, commitment, and ability to work effectively in a team Particularly valued: Education: * Technician in Health Emergencies or Civil Protection * Professional Certifications in the field of emergencies * Occupational Risk Prevention (ORP) training * Certifications in first aid, fire-fighting, or similar disciplines Experience: * Experience in practical training or as an instructor in simulations * Operational experience in the emergency sector Other: * Class C driver's license * Availability for travel * Flexible working hours We offer: * A stable position * Integration into a specialized technical team focused on emergency training * Direct involvement in training future professionals in the emergency sector * Continuous training and professional development * A dynamic environment closely linked to the operational reality of emergency response Salary: €17,000.00–€18,500.00 per year Work location: On-site employment
