At **Saeta Yield**, we are seeking a trainee to join our M\&A team with the opportunity to directly participate in the analysis and execution of investment and acquisition transactions in the renewable energy sector.
### **Key Responsibilities**
* Participation in the analysis of investment and asset acquisition opportunities.
* Development and updating of financial models and sensitivity analyses.
* Preparation of presentations, reports, and documentation for M\&A processes.
* Conducting market, company, and potential opportunity analyses.
* Participation in due diligence processes and coordination with external advisors.
* Monitoring all phases of transactions until closing.
* Collaborative work with Finance, Legal, Modelling, and Business Development teams.
