Position Summary: Gold Talent is seeking an Electrical Site Manager to lead and manage electrical installation projects, ensuring their proper execution and control. Key Responsibilities: 1. End-to-end management of electrical installation projects 2. Monitoring and control of construction execution 3. You will be responsible for the following duties: * Comprehensive management (planning and execution) of assigned electrical installation projects * Monitoring and control of construction execution, ensuring quality and adherence to deadlines * Cost control and efficient management of the allocated budget * Technical and economic review of projects * Interpretation of drawings and on-site layout plans * Coordination with work teams and suppliers **What we are looking for in you:** * Minimum 2 years of experience in similar positions * Knowledge of electrical installations (an engineering degree is not required, but demonstrable experience is) * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and construction management tools * 60-hour Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL) course (basic level) * Residence: Not specified (willingness to travel to project sites will be valued) * Valid driver's license (company vehicle provided) **We offer:** * Permanent employment contract and job stability * Competitive salary: between €32\-36k (based on collective agreement and experience) * Flexible working hours (to be agreed upon) * Company-provided vehicle, laptop, and mobile phone for job performance * Tailored training opportunities based on your needs If you are passionate about construction site management and wish to join a growing team, \*we are looking for you!
