Who are we looking for? We seek professionals holding a university degree in Law, specific training in Data Protection, and at least three years’ experience in the Data Protection field. The most relevant competencies for successful performance in this role are results orientation and analytical capability, as well as the ability to work cross-functionally with other departments of the company. English proficiency will be assessed starting from level B2; Italian language skills will also be considered, as well as knowledge of the insurance sector and the new AI Regulation. Possession of a Disability Certificate equal to or greater than 33% will be valued. What will you do? The Data Protection Technician profile will be responsible for defining, reviewing, and promoting appropriate privacy measures and controls aligned with personal data processing activities and identified data protection risks. Some of the more specific responsibilities of a Data Protection Technician: Ensure regulatory compliance regarding data protection and privacy across the organization. Participate in identifying, analyzing, and evaluating data protection risks, as well as conducting data protection impact assessments related to personal data processing. Participate in managing and monitoring security incidents and breaches affecting personal data from a data protection perspective. Advise and support departments, projects, and third parties on data protection and privacy matters relating to personal data processing. Manage, maintain, and update documentation, records, and procedures in the fields of privacy and data protection. Prepare reports, conduct operational follow-up, and monitor key performance indicators related to data protection responsibilities.
