Our specialties include charcoal-grilled meats and homemade stews prepared using time-honored recipes. Main Responsibilities: * Preparation and cooking of meats on the charcoal grill. * Preparation of stews and traditional dishes. * Pre-service preparation. * Collaboration with other kitchen staff in daily tasks. * Maintaining order and cleanliness in the kitchen. We are seeking a candidate who: * Is eager to learn and grow professionally. * Is responsible, hardworking, and committed. * Can work effectively as part of a team and assist wherever needed. * Has a positive attitude and willingness to learn our kitchen processes.
