Job Summary: We are seeking a Service Advisor for our facilities in Lleida to ensure an excellent customer experience and daily operational management, acting as the liaison between customers and the workshop. Key Points: 1. Minimum two years’ experience in similar positions 2. Native-level proficiency in Catalan and Spanish 3. Indefinite-term contract with immediate start We require a Service Advisor to serve as the liaison between customers and the workshop at our Lleida facilities. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring an appropriate customer experience throughout the entire process, as well as guaranteeing necessary day-to-day operational management. Key responsibilities include direct customer service both in person and via digital channels, proper management of work orders, monitoring vehicle status, performing billing and collection tasks, and providing general administrative support within the workshop area. For this position, a minimum of two years’ experience in similar roles is required. Candidates must possess specific training in automotive or administration fields, as well as native-level proficiency in Catalan and Spanish. The candidate must demonstrate strong administrative tool skills and hold a valid Class B driving license along with access to a personal vehicle. This is a full-time position under an indefinite-term contract, with immediate start date. Additional studies related to the after-sales sector and fleet management will be considered favorably.
