Real opportunities for professional growth A prestigious multi-service group located in the heart of Barcelona is looking to hire a creative, dynamic professional with an aesthetic vision to lead and enhance the digital presence of our various brands. We seek a candidate with visual sensitivity, creative judgment, and passion for lifestyle/wellness content—capable of conveying a premium and consistent image across all digital channels. **What You’ll Do:** * Manage and energize our brands’ social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other platforms) * Create content: posts, videos, reels, stories, and dynamic content * Plan content calendars and campaigns * Record content at various centers, events, and venues * Design graphic assets and creative materials tailored for social media * Maintain a refined, elegant visual style aligned with brand identity * Coordinate collaborations with influencers, creators, and strategic partners * Manage the online community and respond to messages/comments * Analyze metrics and results to optimize growth and engagement * Identify trends and creatively adapt them to each brand **Who We’re Looking For:** * Minimum 3 years of experience in Social Media, Digital Marketing, or content creation * Excellent command of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube * Ability to record and edit video with strong visual judgment and compelling storytelling—including hands-on experience filming with cameras and stabilizers/gimbals * Strong aesthetic taste and sensitivity toward premium, luxury, wellness, and lifestyle brands * Knowledge of graphic design and visual composition * Organized, solution-oriented, proactive, self-motivated, collaborative, creatively minded, and curious—capable of researching trends, developing innovative ideas, and contributing creative proposals for campaigns and content * Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously * Native-level Spanish; Catalan is a plus; intermediate English * Experience in hospitality, beauty, or wellness sectors is highly valued **Technical Requirements:** * Proficiency with tools such as Canva, CapCut, and Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, or similar) * Basic knowledge of Meta Ads and digital campaigns * Awareness of current content and social media trends * Ability to adapt formats and styles to suit each brand’s identity * A creative portfolio or previously managed social media accounts will be especially valued **What We Offer:** * Stable employment within a rapidly expanding group * A creative, dynamic environment with diverse projects * Creative freedom and active participation in developing new brands and concepts * Real opportunities for professional growth within the group * Access to exclusive company discounts and services * On-site work in Barcelona **Important:** To apply, please attach your Instagram, TikTok, portfolio, or examples of accounts you’ve managed.
