We are seeking a Project Developer - Integrity, whose main responsibilities will include:
Participating in the execution of integrity-related projects and initiatives—including global projects and due diligence processes—by providing technical analysis and supporting asset evaluation.
Developing process, tool, and methodology improvement initiatives, contributing to the advancement of the area’s strategic projects.
Analyzing technical and operational information from various assets and regions, generating decision-support insights through data and trend analysis.
Preparing and consolidating technical reports by integrating information from multiple sources to support decision-making.
Developing and optimizing integrity management tools, as well as supporting digitalization and information structuring efforts, contributing to continuous improvement.
Facilitating coordination and alignment among regions, teams, Operations, and the Center of Excellence (COE), promoting the integration of best practices and knowledge sharing.
Progressively building technical expertise in assets and integrity practices, participating in knowledge exchange and evolving toward more specialized or coordinating roles.
**You are our ideal candidate if you have:**
A degree in Engineering (Industrial / Mining / or related field).
5–7 years of experience in industrial or technical environments.
C1 level English proficiency (certifiable).
Experience implementing process improvements through data analysis and digitalization (e.g., Power BI, AI).
Strong analytical skills and structured thinking.
Ability to coordinate and collaborate cross-functionally in international settings.
Communication skills suited for complex environments, enabling effective change promotion and management.
