Your role as **Bartender** will be pivotal in ensuring that service flows smoothly, efficiently, and with meticulous attention to detail—always upholding quality and consistency across all shifts. **What will you do daily?** * Prepare the bar and dining area before each service (mise en place, organization, and restocking of supplies). * Set up and dismantle service areas according to established procedures. * Serve beverages to guests and support bar service as needed. * Maintain cleanliness of tables, glassware, equipment, and utensils throughout service. * Keep your assigned area orderly, clean, and well-organized. * Follow operational procedures and the hotel’s hygiene and sanitation standards. * Report incidents or deviations to the bar supervisor for resolution. * Carry out assigned tasks before, during, and after service. * Support the team as needed to meet service requirements. **Who are we looking for?** * Someone who enjoys the pace of service and feels comfortable in an environment where details matter. * Candidates with prior experience in bars, restaurants, or hotels. * Formal training in food & beverage service or hospitality is valued, as are basic knowledge of hygiene and food/beverage handling. * Proficiency in both Spanish and English is essential to naturally serve our international guests. **What do we offer?** * The chance to grow with an ambitious project with its own identity from its inception. * Job stability, starting with a fixed-term intermittent contract, with the intention of integrating you into the Terreno family on a permanent basis over time. * Ongoing training and real opportunities for professional development. * Exclusive benefits and discounts for employees—because Terreno is also enjoyed from within. * Salary according to collective agreement.
