Summary: Seeking an ambitious, results-driven Business Development Manager to expand international operations in home appliances and household goods in the Spanish market. Highlights: 1. Develop new markets and customers in Spain, defining prospecting strategies. 2. Define and negotiate contracts with national and regional purchasing units. 3. Analyze sales results, propose corrective actions, and improve sales in Spain. Iris Oyama Europe is seeking an ambitious, results\-driven Business Development Manager to support the expansion of our international operations in the home appliances and household goods sectors. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and driving sales growth in Spanish market. This position is ideal for a sales professional with experience in import/export operations, international trade, and B2B business development with major Spanish retailers. **Main duties and responsibilities:** · Develops new markets/customers in Spain : identify new opportunities, define a prospecting strategy and plan, and actively follows prospects to enter new markets/customers. · Proposes the sales plan budget for Spain to the top management. Define the sales forecasts with detailed calculation by customer/range of products/price, in accordance with Iris Ohyama sales policies and strategy. · Defines and negotiates contracts and listings with national and regional central purchasing units, in accordance with the company's budget and sales policy, especially in terms of price and margin. · Follow\-up the contracts and the correct application of commercial conditions · Defines and proposes commercial and promotional actions with the different markets/customers · Follows and analyzes weekly the sales results and proposes any corrective action plans. Evaluate the effectiveness of sales plan and activities. · Establishes and communicates the reporting on his/her activity, according to Iris Ohyama format and rules · Works closely with other departments of the company, especially sales administration, to ensure smooth sales and deliveries. Follows any claim and request from customers. · Collects and analyzes all data relating to the market and customer needs in terms of type of products, product quality, optimization of Iris Ohyama's services in Spain, and forward this information to the Management and to the marketing department · Propose improvement actions or new ideas to expand the sales in Spain. **Requirements :** * Bachelor/Master degree in Business/Sales or equivalent experience * Minimum 5 years experience in selling consumer electronics to major retail companies * Experience selling imported goods * Proven track record of revenue growth and customer retention. * Leadership, excellent interpersonal and communication skills * Analytical and strategic thinking * Rigor, autonomy, sense of organization, * Numerical and budgeting skills * Persuasive / Sales Ability / Negotiation Skills * Flexibility/Ability to work and drive positive results in a fast\-paced, team environment * Strong customer service \& relationships building * Proficiency with MS office and related applications * Must have a valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record **Contract Type** Freelance / Independent Contractor (Autónomo) Job Type: Contract Pay: From 3,500\.00€ per month Education: * Bachelor's (Required) Experience: * selling import goods: 1 year (Required) * selling consumer electronics to major retailers: 5 years (Required) Language: * Spanish and English (Required) Work Location: Remote
