The selected candidate will be responsible for executing construction, renovation, and maintenance tasks, ensuring high-quality finishes and complying with on-site deadlines. Key responsibilities include performing partition wall construction, tiling and flooring, plastering, raising walls, laying pavements and claddings, minor demolitions, surface preparation, and assisting with basic structural work. The candidate must also be able to interpret basic blueprints, set out simple tasks, and coordinate with other trades on site. Prior experience in full-scale renovations—particularly bathrooms and kitchens—is highly desirable, as is the ability to work autonomously, demonstrate responsibility, pay attention to detail, and comply with occupational safety regulations.
