Key responsibilities include preparing cold and hot dishes, maintaining cleanliness and order in the kitchen, and assisting the head chef with menu planning. Additional duties typical of the role will also be performed as required by service needs. Working hours are either morning or afternoon shifts, with possible rotating schedules. We seek proactive individuals capable of teamwork in a dynamic environment. **Minimum Requirements:** * Minimum of 1 year of kitchen experience * Prior banquet experience is an asset * Full kitchen uniform and personal knives required * Availability for morning/afternoon shifts
