Therefore, we offer an Internship Program for recent university graduates who wish to join a collaborative learning model aimed at acquiring professional competencies. For this internship, we seek recent graduates in Business Administration and Management (ADE), Business Studies, Industrial Organization Engineering, Data Analyst, or related fields—or those pending completion of their Final Degree Project—to join the Procurement department through an internship. **What does the Unit do?** Supplier Qualification and Supplier Performance Management (SPM). This area is responsible for supplier certification across Iberia, as well as monitoring performance under active contracts, and serves as the focal point for procurement sustainability matters. **What will you collaborate on?** * Qualification management: analyzing qualification requests, supervising supplier-submitted documentation and information, managing qualification-related payments, analyzing monthly closure reports and potential trends. * SPM: analyzing performance evaluations, supporting Business Lines (BLs). **PROFILE REQUIREMENTS** **EDUCATION** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management (ADE), Business Studies, Industrial Organization Engineering, Data Analyst, or similar. **ADDITIONAL KNOWLEDGE** * Strong Excel skills (creating tables, summarizing data, analyzing information, simplifying information, creating KPIs). * Familiarity with additional management tools (Power BI, etc.). * Knowledge of AI (Copilot). * Proficiency in other Office tools (Word, PowerPoint). **LANGUAGES** * Technical English (C1); * Italian language skills are valued. **What do we offer?** Internship at ENDESA, SWING Program: Monthly gross study allowance of €900.00. Working hours: Hybrid \- Full-time. Workplace in Spain: Ribeira Del Loira 60 \- Madrid Endesa internships last 12 months and consist of two components: Practical Training in the Company and Academic Training. Practical Training in the Company involves full-time work Monday through Friday, 22 working days of annual leave, and a gross monthly study allowance of €900. Concurrently, Academic Training is delivered online: Master’s in Organizational Management, Key Competencies, and Data Analytics offered by Universidad Camilo José Cela (120 ECTS), primarily focused on learning and enhancing competency-based profiles.
