I love that you ask this question (I asked it myself at the time):** We are looking for a Fraud Analyst to join the Claims team, reporting to the Head of Fraud, with the objective of identifying, analyzing, and managing cases with potential fraud—primarily in the Liability and Motor insurance lines. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: * Detecting, analyzing, and managing alerts and claims with potential fraud. * Providing expert insight on claims to support business units, collaborating on product development and client and broker management. * Participating in projects and initiatives aimed at increasing fraud detection and associated savings. * Meeting customer satisfaction goals, fostering and maintaining strong relationships with internal teams, clients, and external brokers. * Ensuring compliance with all legal, regulatory, and internal control requirements. **By now, you may be asking yourself: How do I know if I’m a good fit?** Don’t worry—I won’t ask you to save the planet or meet 100% of the requirements. * Technical knowledge of fraud in Liability and Motor insurance lines. * Technical knowledge of Liability and Motor claims management—particularly severe and judicial claims. * Managing and resolving internal incidents. * Ability to analyze data, propose solutions, and develop recommendations.
