Dynamic work environment with professional development opportunities. **Job Description:** At **Cotecma Lubricants**, a company dedicated to the manufacturing and distribution of lubricants, we are looking to hire a **Logistics Manager** to manage and optimize warehousing, transportation, and distribution operations. The selected candidate will coordinate the warehouse and transportation team, ensuring proper order management, stock control, and logistical flow efficiency, while guaranteeing compliance with the company’s quality and safety standards. **Main Responsibilities:** * Planning and daily control of **warehouse and transportation** operations. * Supervision of goods **receiving, storage, and dispatch**. * Coordination with **production and order administration** departments. * Management of the **operations staff team** and performance monitoring. * Optimization of routes, loads, and logistical resources. * Control of **inventories, stock levels, and traceability**. * Liaison with carriers and delivery tracking. **Requirements:** * Prior experience in **logistics, warehousing, or transportation**. * Experience in **manufacturing or industrial plant environments** is highly valued, especially within chemical, automotive, or related sectors. * Leadership, planning, and teamwork capabilities. * Proficiency in computer tools and warehouse management systems (ERP). **Offer:** * Full-time position (Monday to Friday). * Opportunity to join an established and growing company. * Dynamic work environment with professional development prospects.
