Coordination with the team to achieve sales targets **Are you passionate about footwear and customer interaction?** At our family-owned Valencian company—with decades of experience in footwear, bags, and accessories—we seek **committed individuals with a vocation for customer service** to grow with us. **What do we offer?** * Indefinite-term contract * Full-time position: 40 hours per week on average annually. * Traditional commercial working hours: * January–June: Monday to Saturday. * July–December: Monday to Sunday. * Annual salary: €17,094 gross. * Our operational area is limited to the city of Valencia, enabling easy access to your workplace via public transportation. **Your key responsibilities will include:** * Personalized advisory services focused on excellent customer experience. * Point-of-sale (POS) operations and cash handling. * Store organization, cleanliness, and visual merchandising. * Coordination with the team to achieve sales targets. * Basic logistics management: goods receipt, labeling, warehouse operations... * Inter-store merchandise distribution (depending on profile) **Essential Requirements:** * Prior retail experience. * Strong communication skills, positive attitude, and sense of order.
