Job Summary: Supports the management of goods registration in the ERP system and special inbound and outbound operations at a logistics center. Key Responsibilities: 1. Support in ERP registration management and discrepancy correction. 2. Management of online order and web transport incidents. 3. Participation in special operations such as Wholesale Sales and customs. As part of the Logistics Office team, your mission is to manage incoming goods registration in the ERP system at the logistics center, as well as handle various special operations related to the management of goods inflows and outflows within the system. **What will you do on a daily basis?** * Provide support for daily ERP registration management of all incoming goods at the logistics center with sufficient lead time, correcting any discrepancies in information provided by suppliers and ensuring correct transfer of inbound entries to the SGA. * Provide support for tasks related to online order incidents, including processing corresponding refunds and stock transfers, and reconciling stock movements. * Provide support for transport incident management in web order shipments, generating corresponding invoices. * Provide support for managing and tracking special operations such as Wholesale Sales, coordinated order receipts, and customs warehouse inflows and outflows. **What are we looking for?** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management, Higher Vocational Training in Logistics, or equivalent. * Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google tools. * English level B2 or higher. * Desirable: Administrative experience. **What else do we offer?** * Employee discount. * Sports facilities: High-end professional gym, football, basketball, and two paddle tennis courts. * Personalized development plan and career progression within an international environment. * Continuous training in both hard and soft skills. **About the group:** We opened our first Sprinter store in Valencia in 1995 and since then have become the destination for those passionate about sports and sportswear.
