Job Summary: We are seeking operators for the manufacturing, laminating, finishing, sanding, and repair of wind turbine blades in the wind energy sector, with immediate availability and on-the-job training. Prior experience valued in industrial, agricultural, metal, or construction sectors We are looking for individuals to work in the wind energy sector, specifically in the manufacturing and maintenance of wind turbine blades. Main tasks will include the laminating process, blade finishing, and sanding of fiberglass. Repairs will also be carried out on various components that constitute the blades. Prior experience in the industrial, agricultural, metal, or construction sectors is required. A personal vehicle is mandatory to reach the facilities in Lumbier, and full and immediate availability from Monday to Sunday is necessary. Experience in industrial assembly and manual dexterity with tools will be valued. It is important not to suffer from skin or allergic conditions that could be affected by the working environment. The minimum educational requirement is Primary Education. Immediate employment opportunity is offered. The initial contract will be for 4 months, with possible renewal. Working hours will follow the 4th shift schedule, with rotating shifts including mornings, afternoons, and nights. On-the-job training will be provided. Minimum prior experience in the industrial, agricultural, metal, or construction sectors. Personal vehicle mandatory to commute to Lumbier. Full and immediate availability from Monday to Sunday.
