Description
Ros Logística (www.roslogistica.com), a leading company in the road freight transport sector with over 25 years of experience and its own fleet of 120 tractor-trailers, is seeking to incorporate a Fleet Manager into its fleet and maintenance department. Reporting to the Fleet Manager, the candidate will perform the following duties:
\- Monitor expiration dates of mandatory inspections (e.g., ITV, tachograph maintenance, etc.).
\- Monitor and review the general condition of the company's tractor-trailers.
\- Receive telephone calls from drivers reporting trailer breakdowns for repair and/or maintenance.
\- Coordinate with the company's in-house workshop as well as external workshops to meet the company's vehicle quality requirements.
\- Monitor the proper status of documentation for tractors and trailers (transport cards, circulation permits, cargo signage plates, dangerous goods signage, length lights, etc.).
\- Control diesel consumption and driving efficiency, providing feedback to tractor-trailer drivers.
\- Manage fuel cards, toll devices, and fleet geolocation systems.
\- Record workshop tasks electronically in the company's software.
**Requirements:**
\- Holding a Class C+E driving license, Certificate of Professional Competence (CAP), and tachograph certification is desirable.
\- Basic mechanical knowledge, especially regarding tractor-trailers, is highly desirable.
\- Administrative experience in vehicle or tractor-trailer workshops.
\- Strong communication skills, people-oriented attitude, and results-driven mindset.
\- Versatile, dynamic, committed, and organized individual with problem-solving and analytical abilities, initiative, and a positive attitude.
\- Proficiency with computer programs in general.
\- Familiarity with Movildata software and Microsoft Office suite is highly desirable.
