Job Summary: Tuna cutting saw operator responsible for assembly, blade replacement, fish cutting, as well as equipment and area cleaning. Key Highlights: 1. Saw operator with responsibilities in production and maintenance. 2. Tasks include fish cutting and equipment cleaning. 3. Knowledge of food safety (BRC/IFS) and continuous improvement. We are seeking to incorporate a tuna cutting saw operator into the production team with the following responsibilities: Main Saw Responsibilities: * Assemble the saw according to IT instructions. * Replace the saw blade in case of breakage. * Cut various types of fish according to procedure. * Clean the work area and personal protective equipment via floor washing. Secondary Saw Responsibilities: * Assemble the saw according to IT instructions. Monitor and verify that saws, conveyor belts, and washers comply with IT requirements (e.g., no clogged nozzles, etc.). * Replace the saw blade in case of breakage. * Cut various types of fish according to procedure. * Clean the work area and personal protective equipment via floor washing. **Skills and Knowledge:** * Education: Knowledge of BRC/IFS standards and all aspects of food safety. * Experience: Minimum one month of experience in a similar position and/or core competencies: Orientation toward internal and external customers, continuous improvement, results orientation
