Position Summary: We are seeking two shift supervisors to coordinate operators, ensure smooth daily operations, achieve targets, maintain quality and safety standards, and manage the team and incidents. Key Responsibilities: 1. Coordination of operators and daily operations. 2. Team management and incident resolution. 3. Driving service improvement and a positive work environment. We are looking for two shift supervisors to join the operational team in Noblejas (Toledo). Selected candidates will be responsible for coordinating operators and ensuring the smooth daily operation of activities, while overseeing the achievement of targets, quality, and safety requirements. Key duties include maintaining effective communication with clients and the team to drive service improvement, coordinating and organizing warehouse staff (warehouse assistants and forklift drivers), monitoring absenteeism and managing absences. They will also resolve daily incidents while fostering a positive work environment, and plan, assign, and supervise team tasks to ensure achievement of established objectives. The contract is full-time, with 40 weekly hours from Monday to Friday, on a rotating morning and afternoon shift schedule, operating from 06:00 to 14:00, with breaks as stipulated by law. * Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position. * Availability to work rotating morning and afternoon shifts Monday to Friday (06:00–14:00 and 14:00–22:00). * Basic computer literacy (user level). * Responsible, organized, and dynamic individual. * Personal vehicle and valid driver's license for commuting. * Proximity to the workplace is an advantage. * Compulsory completion of compulsory secondary education (ESO).
