Teamwork and support in production tasks We are looking for a Production Operator for an industrial company located in Arrigorriaga, specializing in the manufacture of refractory materials. Candidates must demonstrate commitment and strong willingness to learn, and be able to adapt to weekly rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, and night). The role involves sustained physical effort, including material handling and support in daily operations. Main responsibilities include loading and unloading materials, as well as preparing and handling refractory products. The position also entails providing general support in production tasks and daily departmental operations. Prior experience in industry or construction, as well as initiative and learning ability, will be valued. A temporary contract is offered, with a strong opportunity to secure a permanent position within the company. The annual gross base salary is €19,500, plus additional monthly gross allowances totaling approximately €300 for night work, shift rotations, and other supplements. A valid forklift operator license is required; however, it is considered an advantage rather than an absolute requirement. * Ability to sustain physical effort continuously. * Availability to work weekly rotating shifts. * Forklift certification is desirable. * Experience in industrial environments, construction, and/or eagerness to learn.
