We are looking for production operators to join our glass industry production team. Main responsibilities will include carrying out standard operator duties on a production line, ensuring that each stage of work is performed with maximum efficiency and a high quality standard. Candidates are expected to demonstrate a positive and proactive attitude, as well as the ability to collaborate closely with other team members. Minimum required education is Compulsory Secondary Education. Prior verifiable experience as a production operator is essential, preferably in an industrial setting or in similar roles. Manual dexterity and meticulous attention to detail are highly valued, as these are key competencies when working with machinery and materials in glass manufacturing. This is a full-time position, scheduled Monday through Friday, with shifts available in either morning or afternoon hours to meet production demands. Compensation will follow the current collective bargaining agreement applicable to the sector.
