This role will be critical to ensuring operational efficiency and administrative support across our construction sites, contributing to effective production management. Job Responsibilities * Support planning, monitoring, and control of on-site production. * Manage and archive project-related technical and administrative documentation. * Enter and maintain up-to-date production data in internal systems. * Prepare reports and progress tracking documents—including deviations and milestones. * Assist in managing purchase orders, material receipt, and stock control. * Communicate and coordinate with various departments and subcontractors. * Support budget preparation and production cost control. * Ensure compliance with internal procedures and safety regulations in administrative tasks. * Perform other administrative support tasks for the Production Management team. Job Qualifications * Higher Vocational Training degree in Administration and Finance, or equivalent. * Prior experience in similar roles is highly valued. * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). * Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP or others) is considered a plus. * Strong organizational, planning, and detail-oriented skills. * Effective communication abilities and capacity to work collaboratively in teams. * Proactivity, autonomy, and problem-solving capability. * Willingness to work on construction sites. **Seize the challenge.
