**JOB DESCRIPTION**
We are Molins’ business unit specializing in concrete prefabricated solutions. From design to assembly, we fully engage in all types of building and civil engineering projects, advising you based on our extensive industry experience. We play an essential role in constructing a better environment through our concrete prefabrication solutions.
Under the supervision of the Plant Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper operation of industrial machinery and facilities through preventive and corrective maintenance tasks, thereby guaranteeing uninterrupted production and compliance with quality and safety standards.
**WHAT WILL YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES BE?**
Among other duties, the following are highlighted:
* Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial equipment.
* Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic faults.
* Monitor the overall condition of facilities.
* Implement technical improvements to optimize machinery performance.
* Comply with occupational health and safety regulations.
* Record interventions and report incidents.

We are looking for a candidate who meets the following requirements:
* Minimum 3 years of experience.
* Vocational training (intermediate level), higher vocational training cycle, university degree, or other qualifications, certifications, and licenses. Specialization: Higher Vocational Training Cycle (CFGS) in Industrial Maintenance, Mechanical Manufacturing, or related fields.
* Analytical ability and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to interpret technical drawings and schematics.
* Adaptability and commitment to continuous learning.
* Spanish language proficiency
