Acts as the internal reference point for organizational design, operational efficiency, service delivery models (SSC/GBS), and change management, driving initiatives that enhance organizational agility, scalability, and effectiveness globally. **Key Responsibilities** * Analyze, design, and evolve organizational models aligned with corporate strategy, ensuring consistency across regions, divisions, and countries. * Lead organizational transformation projects, including redesign of structures, processes, and ways of working. * Define and maintain governance models, roles, and responsibilities (RACI, accountability frameworks). * Design, implement, and optimize Shared Services Center (SSC) and/or Global Business Services (GBS) models. * Conduct organizational efficiency analysis, team sizing, and structural optimization. * Develop predictive models for future organizational needs. * Drive adoption of new operational models and ways of working (hybrid, distributed, agile), ensuring successful implementation. * Lead change management initiatives (communication, training, adoption, and resistance management). * Prepare executive documentation (business cases, organization charts, operating models, roadmaps). * Design and maintain job descriptions aligned with the organizational structure. * Provide market benchmarks and best practices. * Collaborate with HR functions to ensure an integrated organizational view. **Requirements** * 5–10 years of experience in consulting (Big4 or specialized firms) or within Organization, Transformation, or Operations functions in multinational environments. * Solid experience in operational model design (TOM), Shared Services / GBS projects, organizational redesign, and efficiency analysis. * Experience in change management and working with mid- to senior-level stakeholders. * Knowledge of organizational models, process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, BPM), and governance frameworks. * Advanced proficiency in analytical and presentation tools (Excel, PowerPoint; Power BI is a plus). * Strong analytical and synthesis capabilities, with a holistic business perspective. * Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to manage complex environments and build consensus. * Results-oriented and committed to continuous improvement. * University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related field; a master’s degree (MBA or specialization in Organization/Transformation) is preferred. **Additional Information** * Certifications in change management (e.g., ADKAR) or similar are highly valued. * International environment with significant impact on the company’s organizational evolution. * Position based at the corporate headquarters in Madrid (Madrid). * Willingness to travel occasionally as required by business needs. *We are a company that offers equal opportunities.
