We are recruiting metalworkers for an important metallurgical company offering highly competitive conditions. You will join a leading company in the ferrous-metallurgical and automotive sectors located in the Vic/Osona area. You will work in a technologically advanced environment specialized in manufacturing electronic components and electromechanical assemblies, where precision and quality are top priorities. ✅ Your responsibilities: * Assembly of parts. * Spot welding. * Control and supervision of industrial machinery. * Technical verification of parts to ensure compliance with automotive industry quality standards. * Final product and finish inspection tasks. * Fitting, packaging, and preparation of products for shipment. * Maintaining order and safety in the workplace. ✅ What we offer: * Salary: €16.05 gross/hour (Group 6 of the Ferrous-Metallurgical Collective Agreement), plus night-shift premium if applicable. * Fixed shifts (non-rotating): Morning shift: 06:00–14:00 (Monday to Friday). Afternoon shift: 14:00–22:00 (Monday to Friday). Night shift: 22:00–06:00 (Sunday to Thursday, allowing you to have Friday and Saturday nights off). * Real job stability: Initial contract through an ETT with genuine prospects of transitioning to the company’s permanent staff. * Integration into a professional and established team. Requirements * Qualification: 20-hour metallurgy course * Mandatory: Prior experience in the metallurgical or industrial sector. Detail-oriented person with ability to perform verification and quality control. We seek professionals seeking stable, long-term employment.
