If you are proactive, possess leadership skills, and have experience in the construction sector, we want to meet you! **WHAT WILL YOU DO?** * You will be responsible for directing and overseeing the full execution of building projects. * You will coordinate human and technical resources to ensure quality, deadlines, and safety. * You will manage economic control and optimize procurement. * You will maintain direct contact with technical directors, clients, and suppliers. * You will lead a production team and contribute your vision to each project. **WHAT DO WE OFFER?** Indefinite contract from day one. Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Construction Site Manager (more experience preferred). Strong expertise in construction execution and team/resource management. Residence in Alicante or Murcia.
