Job Summary: We are seeking shift supervisors to coordinate operators, ensure daily operations, meet quality and safety objectives, and maintain communication with clients and the team. Key Responsibilities: 1. Coordination of operators and ensuring daily operations. 2. Management of warehouse staff and resolution of incidents. 3. Promotion of a positive work environment and task planning. We are looking for two shift supervisors to join the operational team in Noblejas (Toledo). Selected candidates will be responsible for coordinating operators and ensuring the proper functioning of daily operations, while safeguarding compliance with required objectives, quality, and safety standards. Key duties include maintaining smooth communication with the client and team to drive service improvement; coordinating and organizing warehouse personnel (warehouse assistants and forklift operators); monitoring absenteeism and managing absences. Additionally, they will resolve daily incidents while fostering a positive work environment, and plan, assign, and supervise team tasks to guarantee achievement of established objectives. This is a full-time position, with 40 weekly hours from Monday to Friday, on rotating morning and afternoon shifts, scheduled from 06:00 to 14:00, with breaks as stipulated by law. * Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role. * Availability to work rotating morning and afternoon shifts from Monday to Friday (06:00–14:00 and 14:00–22:00). * Proficiency in office software at user level. * Responsible, organized, and dynamic individual. * Personal vehicle and valid driver’s license for commuting. * Proximity of residence to the workplace is desirable. * Compulsory completion of compulsory secondary education (ESO).
