We are currently recruiting an Electromechanical Maintenance Assistant to join a major industrial company offering genuine prospects for job stability and professional development. Main responsibilities: Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production lines. Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical failures. Assemble and maintain electromechanical machinery and equipment. Maintain electrical and electronic systems of industrial machinery. Support improvement tasks and minor technical interventions. Record incidents and work performed. Collaborate in maintaining automated production lines. ### **Requirements** Requirements: Vocational Training (FP) in Electromechanics, Mechatronics, or equivalent qualification. Industrial maintenance experience (minimum recommended: 2 years). Knowledge of mechanics, electricity, pneumatics, and hydraulics. Electromechanical automation and PLC experience or knowledge is desirable. Availability to work rotating shifts. Responsible, solution-oriented individual with strong teamwork skills. ### **Offer** Shift schedule with rotating morning and afternoon shifts: 06:53–15:00 and 15:00–23:07\. Daily working hours: 7 hours and 52 minutes. 15-minute daily break. Availability to work some Saturdays from 07:00 to 12:00 or 13:00, compensated as overtime. Conditions: Immediate start. Initial contract through ETT: 6 months + 6 months, with real prospects of transitioning to permanent staff.
