Job Summary: We are seeking a maintenance electrician for potable water installations in Zaragoza, performing preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance tasks, system improvements, and new installations, with SCADA and GIS monitoring. Assessment of advanced knowledge in PLCs, SCADA systems, and frequency converters We seek personnel to perform electrical and telecontrol maintenance tasks on potable water installations in Zaragoza. Duties include preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance, electrical system upgrades, and new installations, as well as system monitoring via SCADA and GIS. Applicants must hold a vocational qualification in Industrial Electrical Installations or equivalent, with at least two years’ demonstrable experience as a maintenance electrician in industrial environments. Required knowledge includes electrical panels, measuring instruments, electrical schematics, motors and starting methods, as well as foundational knowledge of IP telephony, programmable logic controllers (PLCs), and basic computer literacy. Advanced skills in PLCs, SCADA systems, frequency converters, hydraulics, and industrial mechanics are highly valued. A valid driving license class B1 and basic English proficiency are mandatory, along with teamwork aptitude and willingness to perform 24-hour on-call shifts (minimum one week per month). The position offers an indefinite-term, full-time contract (7:30 AM–3:30 PM), immediate start, and salary according to the applicable collective agreement. Vocational qualification in Automated Industrial Electrical Installations or equivalent. Minimum two years’ demonstrable experience as a maintenance electrician in industrial, telecommanded, or automated installations. Knowledge of electricity for mixed-voltage panels, use of electrical measuring instruments, interpretation of industrial electrical schematics, and understanding of electric motors and their starting methods. Basic knowledge of telephony and IP networks, programmable logic controllers, and user-level computer literacy. Analytical and fault-resolution abilities, experience with frequency converters, advanced knowledge of programmable logic controllers and SCADA systems, programming-level computer literacy, and general knowledge of hydraulics and industrial mechanics are valued. Valid driving license class B1 and basic English proficiency. Availability for 24-hour on-call shifts, minimum one week per month.
