DESCRIPTION Our client is a family-owned company dedicated to managing agricultural and forestry operations, as well as maintaining estates, facilities, and buildings linked to its activities. They require an **agricultural and forestry worker** to participate in tasks inherent to the operation and ensure the proper condition of land, machinery, facilities, and buildings on the property. ### **Main responsibilities** * Agricultural work * Forestry work * General maintenance of buildings and machinery ### **Requirements** * Prior experience in agricultural, forestry, maintenance, or similar roles is desirable; unfamiliar processes will be taught. * Residence in the Gironès or La Selva regions is desirable. * Ability to operate manual tools and agricultural or forestry machinery. * Responsible, versatile, autonomous individual accustomed to physical labor and outdoor work. * Availability to adapt\-to the operational needs and seasonal nature of the activity. * Possession of a **Class B driving license** is mandatory. * Holding licenses or training related to agricultural machinery, chainsaws, application of phytosanitary products, or occupational risk prevention will be valued. ### **Offer** * Stable incorporation into an established operation. * Permanent contract. * Salary between **26\.000 and 28\.000 gross euros annually**, depending on experience and candidate’s profile. * Intensive schedule during winter months: 7:00–15:00. * Split schedule during summer months: 7:00–.. * Diverse workplace with autonomy and a combination of agricultural, forestry, and maintenance tasks.
