Our core values—collaboration, innovation, commitment, fun, and trust—guide us toward excellence. **What do we value?** At least 5 years of experience in technical leadership roles and defining technological solutions, especially within Artificial Intelligence and digital transformation contexts. * Experience designing, implementing, and evolving Artificial Intelligence architectures in corporate environments. * Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft AI ecosystem, including Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI Services, and related technologies. * Experience with agent-based architectures, integration of diverse data sources, and protocols such as MCP (Model Context Protocol). * Solid understanding of software development governance, working methodologies, and definition of best practices for AI-assisted development. * Ability to combine strategic vision, technical leadership, and mentoring of multidisciplinary teams. * Prior experience leading technological initiatives, driving adoption of new capabilities, and serving as a technical reference within complex organizations. * Excellent communication, influence, and technology evangelism skills. **What would your responsibilities be?** * **Technical Leadership and AI Architecture Definition:** Participate in building and evolving the Maya platform, defining scalable, secure architectures aligned with business needs. * **Design and Integration of AI Solutions:** Design, implement, and integrate AI capabilities leveraging Microsoft ecosystem services, ensuring proper connectivity among platforms, models, applications, and information sources. * **AI Governance and Best Practices:** Define standards, guardrails, and governance models enabling safe, responsible, and efficient use of Artificial Intelligence across the organization. * **Technical Consulting and Strategy:** Provide expert insight and strategic vision to accelerate AI adoption, helping identify opportunities for improvement and transformation in processes, products, and services. * **Technology Evangelism and Team Enablement:** Serve as a technical reference for development teams—sharing knowledge, promoting best practices, and facilitating adoption of new AI-related capabilities. * **Software Development Governance and Methodologies:** Collaborate on defining and evolving processes, methodologies, and operational models that enable efficient, maintainable, and business-aligned solution development. * **Multidisciplinary Collaboration:** Work closely with development, architecture, platform, and business teams—acting as the bridge between the Maya platform and the company’s various AI initiatives. **And with us, you’ll enjoy:** Permanent contract **Hybrid remote work model in Palma de Mallorca** Internal training and access to certifications.
