From **Construcía**, we are currently seeking a **Site Manager** for our Retail team within the Operations Department, to be deployed nationwide across Spain for construction projects, with the following key responsibilities: * Define, schedule, and organize all project activities to ensure execution in accordance with planned timelines and quality, environmental, and safety standards. * Conduct periodic progress monitoring, analyze deviations, and propose corrective actions when necessary. * Prepare monthly financial close-outs, analyzing incurred costs, payments, work completed, and potential deviations from the target budget. * Build and maintain trust-based relationships with clients and technical supervision teams to support proper project progression and satisfaction of all stakeholders. * Ensure timely and accurate delivery of certifications, invoices, internal reports, and financial close-outs. **Desirable Requirements:** * Prior experience * Occupational Health and Safety (PRL) training * Skills * Technical Architecture or Civil/Public Works Engineering degree (or equivalent) * Prior experience as Site Manager for retail projects * Basic Occupational Health and Safety (PRL) training (60 hours) * **Advanced English Required** (B2\-C1\) * **Full availability to travel and be stationed nationwide** continuously during project execution. **What We Offer:** * Travel allowances (per diems, accommodation, etc.) * Permanent contract from day one * Positive work environment * Professional development opportunities * Flexible working hours, intensive Fridays, and summer schedule *There is a place for you—no matter who you are.
