Well, let’s save that part for when you meet him. **What Will You Learn?** -------------------- You’ll join one of our teams and dive headfirst into real, day-to-day tasks (no passive observation here). This programme is designed to provide a complete professional experience: learning by doing, supported by mentoring, training, and constant team support—in a collaborative environment where *“good vibes”* are never in short supply. During your internship, **you’ll join our Operations team**, where you’ll gain firsthand insight into how we work on **Artificial Intelligence projects.** **Your main challenges will be:** Absorbing the methodologies and best practices we use at Cívica. **Participating in AI projects**, starting with internal initiatives designed to help you build confidence, experience, and fluency within our work environment. Learning, experimenting, and growing alongside a team delighted to guide you through the process. **What Do We Need From You?** ---------------------------------- We’re looking for people who bring a positive attitude, great energy, and a genuine desire to learn—if you’re able to sign a formal internship agreement. You’re a student enrolled in the Dual Degree in \+ í ́ You’re passionate about AI and want to build your career in this field. **You reside in Granada** (as the internship is in-person). We’d like you to already have some foundational knowledge in: Databases and SQL. **Python** (ideally at a solid level). Object-Oriented Programming (OOP). Docker. ### **Bonus Skills That Earn Extra Points****...** ️ Good command of English. ️ Familiarity with a cloud platform (AWS, Azure, GCP…). Web development. Flask or FastAPI. ### **Most Important of All** We don’t expect you to know everything. What we especially value are your eagerness to learn, initiative, and enthusiasm for professional growth in the AI world. You’ll work on **projects with real purpose**, supported by professional development and internal training through our **Communities and Tribes** policy. Here, we don’t want you to make photocopies—you’ll join teams building impactful technological solutions. **Extracurricular activities**, because work and office visits shouldn’t be all there is: football clubs, padel, volleyball, gaming… and new activities if you propose them.
