Our mission at **Dcode** is to accelerate digitalization by combining deep industry knowledge and operational process expertise—enabling our clients to become more data-driven, secure, and efficient amid growing market competition. **What You’ll Do:** As a Data Architect at Dcode, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing scalable and secure data architectures in cloud environments. You will lead complex digital transformation and data product projects across engineering domains, ensuring efficient integration of structured and unstructured data while guaranteeing data quality, governance, and availability for analytical exploitation. Your approach will be both strategic and technical, with a holistic view of the data ecosystem, closely collaborating with engineering, data science, and business teams to maximize data value in sectors such as industry, energy, infrastructure, and aerospace. **Key Responsibilities Include:** We seek an individual with extensive experience in data projects and products to join our team and design, develop, and implement analytics solutions (descriptive and advanced) for real-world use cases. * Design cloud-native data architectures (Azure, AWS) supporting near\-real-time and batch data flows, applying enterprise-wide patterns such as Lakehouse or Data Fabric. * Define data storage and consumption models (Data Lakes, Data Warehouses), along with access, retention, and security policies. * Provide technical leadership for data projects and products, supervising Data Engineering teams and collaborating with Data Scientists, analysts, and business stakeholders. * Serve as the primary technical and business liaison, explaining architectural decisions and strategic recommendations. * Apply architectural best practices, promoting automation, efficiency, and scalability. * Participate in defining organizational data architecture standards and methodologies. * Ensure data quality, integrity, and security, complying with regulations such as GDPR and ISO 27001\. **What We Expect From You:** * Over 10 years of experience in data projects, including at least 4 years designing complex data architectures. * Ability to lead digital transformation projects with business acumen and a value-delivery focus; skilled at communicating complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences. * Experience working on agile (Scrum/Kanban) projects, actively participating in ceremonies. * Autonomy, strategic thinking, and results orientation; ability to mentor junior profiles and foster best practices within the team. * Consulting experience—especially in industry, energy, infrastructure, or aerospace—is highly valued. **Technical Skills:** * Solid hands-on experience in public cloud environments (Azure and/or AWS); certifications are valued. * Experience designing scalable, resilient, and secure solutions; familiarity with advanced data architecture patterns (e.g., Data Mesh, Data Fabric) is expected. * Knowledge of real-time or near\-real-time processing mechanisms (streaming or micro\-batching techniques), and orchestration strategies using OSS or cloud-native tools (Airflow, Azure Data Factory, AWS Step Functions). * Experience in data modeling—particularly normalization, logical and physical design, and consumption patterns. * Understanding of data governance and security, especially regarding metadata management best practices, data quality, and access control, encryption, and regulatory compliance. * Experience integrating sensor and device data (IoT) is a plus. **What We Offer You:** These are some of the benefits you’ll enjoy at **Sener**: * Opportunity to participate in innovative, high-tech international projects alongside a multidisciplinary and highly qualified team. * Better time management through our flexible working hours and remote work policies. * Salary optimization via our flexible compensation plan (meal card, private health insurance, childcare vouchers, etc.), plus life and accident insurance. * Comprehensive physical and emotional wellbeing program—including sports, workshops, and more. * Professional development support—including technical training, soft skills, language courses, and more—to help you grow and achieve your goals. * Commitment to equal opportunity, diversity, and inclusion; certified as a Family-Responsible Entity (efr).
