The selected candidate will join a **technical department composed of 9 engineers**, actively participating in the planning, coordination, and execution of construction works. Main Responsibilities * Planning and organizing on-site work. * Technical and economic control of projects. * Coordination of in-house teams and subcontractors. * Supervision of execution, quality, and adherence to deadlines. * Procurement management and cost control. * Liaison with technical directors and clients. * Preparation of certifications and production monitoring. * Oversight of compliance with occupational health and safety regulations (PRL). Requirements * Degree in Building Engineering, Technical Architecture, Civil Engineering, or equivalent. * Prior experience as a Construction Site Manager on construction projects. * Strong organizational and leadership skills. * Proficiency in construction planning and control tools. * Valid driver's license.
