Currently, as a recruitment consultancy, we are seeking a **Site Manager** profile located in **Alicante** for our client. **RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS** * Planning and execution of on-site works. * Preparation and control of the **execution budget**. * Coordination of **trades, suppliers, and subcontractors**. * Daily site monitoring to ensure adherence to deadlines. * Management and resolution of **technical incidents**. * Control of **costs and timelines** to guarantee project profitability. * Ensuring proper execution of works according to established quality standards. **REQUIREMENTS** * Degree in Technical Architecture or equivalent. * Experience supervising construction projects from the client’s or contractor’s side. * Knowledge of project management (timelines, costs, and quality). * Ability to coordinate with various stakeholders (contractor, client, etc.). * Organized, analytical, and results-oriented profile. **What does the company offer?** * Permanent contract. * Full-time position. * Salary for Technical Architect: **€35,000 – €45,000 gross per year**. * Location in central Alicante. * Integration into a growing project within the real estate sector. * Stability and professional development. **Reclut** is a boutique recruitment and headhunting consultancy offering personalized services tailored to each client’s needs.
