Summary: We are seeking an ambitious and driven building construction specialist who can independently model, optimize processes, and guide colleagues. Highlights: 1. Independently modeling building structures and developing components. 2. Optimizing 3D modeling processes and monitoring schedules. 3. Guiding and managing modelers. ###### **Location** Valencia, Spain ###### **Hours per week** 40 ###### **Main responsibilities** * Independently modeling building structures; * Maintaining contact with structural engineers and clients; * Identifying and discussing extra work; * Independently developing components; * Contributing to the optimization of 3D modeling processes; * Discussing complaints and/or issues with the client; * Managing personal work administration (time registration); * Monitoring the schedule and reporting potential delays; * Correctly registering and archiving all relevant project data; * Guiding, managing, and supervising modelers; * Independent detailing. ###### **What we are looking for** * You hold a completed HBO degree in Civil Engineering or Building Engineering, or have at least 5 years of experience in independently modeling building structures; * At least 3 years of experience with the 3D software package Tekla Structures; * Experience in creating/developing user components is a plus; * You possess solid structural knowledge, including expertise in (prefabricated) concrete and steel; * You are eager to learn, ambitious, and driven to grow professionally by modeling challenging projects.
