What are we looking for?
We are seeking a Civil Engineer or a Graduate in Civil Engineering (Roads, Canals and Ports) with experience in drafting and designing road and/or railway projects, who wishes to join our Civil Works Projects Department in Madrid.
We seek a candidate with strong technical capability, autonomy, and sound judgment for decision-making, who enjoys working on large-scale engineering projects and wishes to continue professional development within a multidisciplinary team.
What will be your responsibilities?
* Drafting and development of road and railway projects.
* Design of alignment, drainage, earthworks, and affected utility solutions.
* Preparation of technical documentation: reports, annexes, specifications, quantity take-offs, and budgets.
* Technical coordination and review of work carried out by other team members.
* Collaboration with various disciplines involved in the project (geotechnics, structures, environment, BIM, etc.).
Support in project planning, monitoring, and technical control.

Minimum requirements
* Degree in Civil Engineering (Roads, Canals and Ports) or Civil Engineering.
* Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in drafting and designing road and/or railway projects.
* Experience in preparing reports, annexes, quantity take-offs, budgets, and specifications.
* Proficiency in technical software such as Civil 3D, AutoCAD, Presto, or similar.
* Strong organizational skills, autonomy, and ability to make technical decisions.
* Problem-solving, proactive profile with capacity to coordinate teams.
Good communication and teamwork skills.

* Experience in linear infrastructure projects.
* Knowledge of BIM methodology.
* Experience in surface and subsurface drainage.
* Knowledge of alignment design and earthworks.
* Experience in managing affected utilities.
