Collaborate with key departments such as Production and Finance **Job Summary** The **Supply Chain** role will be responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing all supply chain-related activities, ensuring an efficient and timely flow of materials, products, and information between the **Procurement** and **Logistics** departments. The incumbent’s mission will be to optimize processes, guarantee material availability, and enhance operational efficiency, aligning with the company’s strategic objectives. **Key Responsibilities** * Manage and negotiate with suppliers to ensure pricing, delivery schedules, and quality. * Plan and oversee logistics activities: receiving, warehousing, inventory management, and shipments. * Optimize stock levels and coordinate material flow. * Analyze demand forecasts and adjust procurement plans accordingly. * Monitor procurement and logistics KPIs and implement process improvements. * Collaborate with Production, Quality, and Finance departments. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration (ADE), Logistics, or related fields. * Minimum 3 years of experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, or Logistics roles, or performing duties similar to those described. * Intermediate (B2\) or higher level of English proficiency. * Proficiency in management tools (ERP/MRP) and Excel. * Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills. * Experience in the pharmaceutical sector is desirable.
