This has enabled us to obtain the **Top Employer 2026** certification, renewing this recognition for the **third consecutive year**. **\#WeAreBalearia \#TopEmployer** We are opening a permanent vacancy for a **Port Operations Agent** at our workplace in **Barcelona**, and we want you to join our team! ### **What Will Your Day-to-Day Look Like?** Your main responsibilities will include: * Monitoring the capacity of various cargo holds on each vessel and the license plates of vehicles scheduled for boarding, to ensure proper access control, and reporting any deviations from the schedule to the office. * Managing vehicle boarding and disembarkation operations in marshalling areas and at the quay, following established protocols and assisting mobility for those requiring it. * Reviewing vehicle reservations to verify that data has been correctly entered into the system. * Monitoring traffic in pre-boarding and boarding marshalling areas to facilitate the flow of trucks, passenger cars, and passengers, while ensuring the safety of staff and customers. * Checking boarding cards to confirm reservation accuracy and scanning them using various devices. * Additional administrative and operational tasks inherent to the role. ### **What Do We Offer You?** At Baleària, we value and care for our team.
