Main responsibilities: \- Supervise and coordinate operational and customs processes. \- Customs procedures: Submission of documentation and regulatory compliance. \- Monitor warehouse operational processes for customer traffic. \- Track and execute processes in the system (ETAS, NOAS, LINEHAULS) \- Goods registration and control \- Coordinate air, maritime, and land transportation \- Administrative support \- Customer information provision \- Incident resolution ### **Requirements** Required: \- One year’s experience as a customs or logistics administrator. \- Degree in International Trade or equivalent (e.g., Logistics). \- Knowledge of customs regulations and procedures \- Proficiency in Excel \- Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle. \- Availability to work rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, night) Monday through Friday. \- Proactive individual with initiative, ability to work in a team, flexibility, and professional commitment. \- Residence near the workplace: San Fernando de Henares. ### **Offer** We offer: \- Temporary employment contract via ETT: 3 months + 3 months \- Salary: €23,400 gross annual. \- Schedule: Rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, night) Monday through Sunday, with legally mandated rest periods.
