




Job Summary: We are seeking a Buyer to join our team, responsible for handling product quotation requests from the Key Accounts department and negotiating with suppliers. Key Highlights: 1. In Spain and Portugal: * Over 100 employees, * More than 5,000 products in catalog, * Over 120,000 customers, * 2 distribution centers. **What We Are Looking For?** A **Buyer** to join our team and take responsibility for fulfilling product quotation requests from the Key Accounts department. The ideal candidate will be a procurement professional experienced in negotiating favorable agreements with suppliers and ensuring the competitiveness required by our Key Accounts team. **Responsibilities** * Identify potential suppliers and evaluate their products, pricing, and delivery terms. * Negotiate purchase agreements with suppliers to secure favorable conditions regarding quality, price, and delivery lead time. * Place orders for products and materials based on company requirements and inventory levels. * Monitor and manage product delivery processes, ensuring timeliness and shipment integrity. * Maintain accurate transaction records and regularly update the supplier and product database. * Collaborate with other departments, such as warehouse, to ensure efficient procurement planning and meet operational requirements. * Collaborate with the sales department by providing support and sharing supplier quotations for each product. * Conduct product tenders for Key Accounts customer quotations. * Evaluate supplier performance and take corrective actions to resolve quality, delivery, or other procurement-related issues. Requirements * Degree in **Business Administration and Management (ADE), Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field**. * Minimum **3 years of procurement experience**. * Experience with **ERP systems and Business Intelligence tools**. * Intermediate/advanced level of **Excel** (pivot tables, formulas). * Intermediate/advanced level of **English (minimum B2)**. * Excellent Spanish. * French is a plus. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in international environments. * Knowledge of procurement processes and purchasing modules. * Technical product or machinery knowledge. * Strong negotiation skills and results orientation. * Analytical, organized profile with high prioritization capability. * Proactive, autonomous, and team-oriented. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. **What We Offer** * Opportunity to join an established **international group**. * 26.5 working days of annual vacation. * Flexible work schedule: 8.5 hours Monday–Thursday and 6-hour intensive shift on Fridays. * National pre-holiday days: 6-hour workday. * Discounts on purchases of our products. * Flexible compensation plan. * Close collaboration with various company departments. * Fixed salary + bonus based on achievement of objectives. * 1 remote work day per week: Tuesday or Thursday.
